At Wintercare Cosmetics, we take great care in crafting our products with love, intention, and quality. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our Healing and Growth Oil and other cosmetic items, all sales are final.


1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or simply unwanted. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will either send a replacement item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors. If your package is lost or delayed, please check your tracking number and reach out to the shipping provider first. If further assistance is needed, contact us and we’ll do our best to support you.

We do not allow order cancellations after the order has been processed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
